designwithsmiles S.L. (NIF B35234567), C. Lomo de las Brujas, 9, 35220 Telde, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We operate under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data Collected

Contact and checkout: first name, last name, email address, phone number, country. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored by us. Server logs may retain IP addresses for security purposes for up to 30 days.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

To respond to project enquiries (legitimate interest), to process and fulfil service orders (contract performance), and to comply with Spanish tax record-keeping requirements (legal obligation).

4. Data Sharing

Stripe Inc. for payment processing. Our email provider for client communications. Spanish and Canarian tax authorities where legally required. No advertising networks or third-party marketing platforms receive your data.

5. Retention

Client and project records: 5 years from project completion. Invoice records: 4 years (Spanish tax law requirement). Server access logs: 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under GDPR. Submit requests to hello@designwithsmiles.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
