Four steps. No surprises. No unnecessary meetings.
Order
Select a service or use the package builder to combine options. Pay via Stripe Checkout. A project brief template arrives by email within 1 business day.
The brief template is specific to the service you have ordered. It asks only for the information we actually need. There is no generic onboarding call required, though we are happy to answer questions by email at any point.
Brief
Complete the brief and return it by email to hello@designwithsmiles.com. Work begins when we receive the completed brief. The delivery clock starts from this point.
An incomplete brief slows the project down. We send one reminder after 5 business days if a completed brief has not been received. Brief delays are not covered by any late delivery commitment.
Design & Build
We design and build according to the agreed brief and scope. For website projects, you receive a staging URL for review. The revision round begins from when we provide the staging URL.
One revision round is included for most services. Two rounds for Activity and Experience Booking sites and Tourism and Hospitality projects. Revisions outside scope are quoted separately.
Launch & Handover
The site goes live on your domain, or final files are delivered by link. All source files, Figma files, and documentation are included in the handover.
Post-launch technical support is available at the published hourly consulting rate. For Tourism and Hospitality and Activity Booking projects, 14 days of post-launch support are included as standard.
