The Canary Islands holiday rental market is almost entirely dependent on Airbnb and Booking.com for visibility, and owners pay for it. A direct booking site does not replace these platforms but it provides an alternative channel for guests who already know your property, repeat visitors, referrals, and guests who find you via other means.
